Admission Process

Step 1: Qualified candidates must fill out a Common Application Form via the IIT Bombay B.Des Admissions portal

Step 5: Candidates rank the participating institutes (IIT Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur) in order of preference.

Step 6: Seat allocation occurs over five rounds. After each round, candidates must choose between 1) Freeze: Accept the allotted seat and exit the process. or 2) Float: Accept the current seat but remain eligible for a higher-preference institute in the next round.
