1. About Holland (RIASEC) Assessment

This test helps you understand how your interests, hobbies, and personality connect to different types of jobs. It guides you in choosing the right career path by identifying the jobs that suit your unique strengths.

2. Expected to Take 10-15 Minutes

On average, the test takes 10-15 minutes to complete. There is no strict time limit, but try to complete it within this time for the best focus.

3. Take your time; there are no right or wrong answers.

Take your time with each question as the test explores your interests in different jobs—there are no right or wrong answers, only your preferences and how they align with careers.

4. How to Answer

Answer based on what you genuinely enjoy, not what you think is expected. Honesty will help you find the best career fit.
Make sure to answer at least one question in each set.

5. Submit to See Your RIASEC Code

After completing the test, click ‘Submit’ to view your results. You will receive a three-letter RIASEC code based on your answers.

6. Understand Your RIASEC Code

Your RIASEC code will show personality types that reflect your strengths. For example, a code like ‘IRA’ means you’re Investigative, Realistic, and Artistic. Keep in mind that the number of personality types may vary depending on your responses. After getting your Holland codes, explore the jobs that align with your top two or three codes for a clearer direction.

How RIASEC Results Are Read

After completing the assessment, your results will show your top interest codes based on the RIASEC model, along with a brief explanation of how these interests relate to work environments and roles.

Explore Your Personality Type:

Click the “Read More” button on the Personality Type card that matches your Holland (RIASEC) Code to learn about your personality traits. For example, if your code is ISE, you have strong traits in Investigative (I), Social (S), and Enterprising (E) areas.

Uncover Your Personality Traits:

Your RIASEC code consists of three letters, each representing one of the six personality types from the Holland Codes: Realistic (R), Investigative (I), Artistic (A), Social (S), Enterprising (E), and Conventional (C). For example, if your code is ISE, you have strong traits in Investigative (I), Social (S), and Enterprising (E) areas.

Your Trait Strengths: What the Histogram Reveals:

The histogram displays the strength of each trait, with each bar indicating its level in your personality.

If one bar stands out, it signifies your strongest trait, suggesting potential career paths aligned with this strength. For example, a high Investigative score may indicate success in research, science, or problem-solving roles.

If the bars are equal in height, it suggests balanced strengths, offering flexibility in career choices. For example, individuals with balanced strengths in Social and Investigative traits should consider roles that blend interpersonal skills with analytical abilities, such as teaching, nursing, or project management.

Reflect on Your Results:

Consider how your traits shape your choices. Think about how you can leverage your strengths in your daily life and career.
