Soft Skills Assessment
Soft skills shape how work habits, communication, and decisions play out over time. This assessment helps identify behavioural patterns that influence career direction.
Instructions for Taking the Assessment
Takes about 10–15 minutes. Read this before you begin.
Before you start
- Takes about 10–15 minutes to complete.
- There are 52 questions covering 13 soft skills.
- There are no right or wrong answers. Choose the response that best reflects how you usually behave.
- Answer based on what is actually true for you, not what you think is the ideal answer.
- If you are unsure, choose the answer that feels closest to your usual behaviour.
- You can change your answers before submitting the assessment.
While you are taking it
- Read each question carefully before answering.
- For questions that ask “How often…”, think about what you usually do across different situations.
- For situation-based questions, imagine yourself in the situation and choose what you would most likely do.
- Do not spend too much time trying to find the “best” answer. Your first honest response is usually more useful.
- There are no marks for choosing what sounds more positive.
After you finish
- Your results will appear immediately.
- You will see your profile across the four P.A.T.H. areas.
- Your results will highlight your top strengths and skills that may benefit from further development.
- You can also view your scores across all 13 skills if you want more detail.
